PARISH NEWSCongratulations to the Sixty young parishioners who celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation with Bishop Vernon Fougere and the parish comunity this past Monday evening (April 28th)! K of C Roast Beef Dinner: on Sunday, May 4 from 4:00-6:00PM at the Parish Hall. Adults $12., children $6. Tickets available from Harold Gallant at 629-1718 or Garth McCarvill at 628-1731. Take out is available. First Communion celebrations will be held on Monday, May 5th and Tuesday, May 6th at 6:30pm. There will be no 9:00 morning mass on those days. The Parish Community is invited to participate in the First Communion masses. LAST INVITATION: Please note that there are still a few rooms left and bus space for anyone willing to attend the International Eucharistic Congress in Quebec City, June 15-22. Please pray for the success of this gathering of the Universal Church and if God is calling you to be a witness to the world for Him in Quebec City, please respond generously to this special invitation of a life-time.
